Concrete World Industries—now trading as Complete Reo—was established in 2011 on Fitzroy Street, Dubbo. Starting from humble beginnings in a modest 234m² shed, founder and director Troy Paton launched the business while still managing his first venture, Troy Paton Concreting. The first year was a delicate balancing act, but by early 2012, the potential of this one-stop shop for the concreting industry became undeniable.

Troy’s concept was inspired by his own frustrations as a busy concreter. He saw firsthand how inefficient it was to source materials, tools, and equipment from multiple suppliers. Determined to solve this problem, Troy envisioned a business that would consolidate everything under one roof—offering concreters in Dubbo and beyond a convenient and comprehensive solution. This innovative approach quickly earned the loyalty of local tradespeople.
